Cancellation Policy
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment
Rescheduling within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment incurs a fee equal to 100% of the deposit.
There’s a 10 minute grace period, after that a $25 late fee will be applied if the artist has time to still take you in, if not your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the total will be charged.
